Jim Cox, P.E., President and Owner
Jim started JC Constructors in 1999 after he spent fifteen years working in the industry. Since that time, Jim has grown JCC up to 65 employees while enjoying repeat business in various industries. Jim is a professional structural engineer with structural design experience. He has been involved with every aspect of construction and is pleased to have assembled and lead a capable and reputable construction company.

Rob Guyott, Project Manager/Superintendent: Rob has over twenty years of construction administration and supervisory experience in commercial and heavy construction. These projects range from buildings to bridges to wastewater treatment plants.

Matt Neukom, P.E., Project Manager: Matt is a project manager and estimator for JC Constructors. He is also a professional engineer with an MBA degree and has overseen the design and construction of multi-disciplined projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $37,000,000.

Sabino Papasodaro, Project Manager: Sabino, a project manager and estimator, has built an impressive list of wastewater and heavy civil projects since 2000.

Jonathan Rush, P.E., Project Engineer/Project Manager: Jonathan is a project engineer and project manager for JC Constructors. He worked as a design engineer for eight years specailizing in structural design of water and fishery projects prior to transitioning to construction.
Education: B.S. Civil Engineering, University of Idaho, 2008.
Eric Medina, E.I.T., Project Engineer/Project Manager: Eric is a civil engineering graduate from Boise State University. He functions as both a project engineer and project manager for JC Constructors with a specific emphasis on wastewater treatment faciltiies.

Jesus Morales, Superintendent: Jesus has worked as the Project Superintendent on major projects in his thirteen years at JCC. Jesus has had complete on-site project responsibility on those projects from subcontractor coordination to owner updates, from preparing weekly construction schedules to coordinating and tracking submittals, RFI's and other activities that require regular action. He has also been responsible for quality control oversight, including scheduling inspections, testing and start-up/close-out by contractors, independent agencies, and governing authorities.
